I have a Mahindra 555. it's all good but lately it's running hot and there's more smoke from the exhaust than usual. replaced the injector nozzles but still the same. I saw that the exhaust manifold has a few big holes. not just those small drain points and leaks on the muffler. are the exhaust be part of the problem? Any ideas?

It's not the exhaust,it's likely the injectors. Make sure the fuel pump's working right, then get the injectors checked and calibrated.

Those big holes in the exhaust manifold could cause overheating and increased smoke. Have you checked for any exhaust leaks affecting engine performance or possible head gasket issues that might also contribute?

The holes in the manifold can mess with backpressure and make it run hotter. Patch it or swap it depending on your budget or something. And check your cooling system!

Patch it or replace that manifold ASAP and double check your cooling system too cos yunno clogged radiator, bad thermostat, or weak water pump could be contributing.
