If you're working on your Mahindra e-di 350, the panel is fairly simple to remove, but disconnect the battery first to avoid any electrical mishaps. Yes good job on being cautious. You just have to be extra cautious for this one. You mmake sure before you do anything electrical, DC the battery. That's for your own safety. Then just pry it open using a tool so you don't scratch the panel. Really be gentle. I don't know which year your Mahindra is but the panels can be brittle so just go slow.

That way you have a visual guide for putting everything back together correctly! You might also want to take close-up photos of the connections and add some labels to avoid confusions later on.
@kingofthefield88 and @RealLadyMarmalade already said enough but I just wanna say do look for safety switch or lockout features since they have to be correctly assembled. The wirings, too! Be wary of how they are.
